The LIDSA Mutual Aid Working Group will be in Riverhead for direct mutual aid outreach, sharing food with the community as part of our Free Lunch Program.  Solidarity, not charity.  Join us there to share food and to receive food if you're hungry. 

We'll be meeting in the parking lot across from the Riverhead Train Station, near the corner of Riverhead Ave and Osborn Ave, to share hot and fresh meals with the community. We will be outside so dress for the weather.

We are socialists, we believe in fighting for a better world for our communities. Under capitalism they always seem to have money for war, to drop bombs on people.. but never seem to have money to feed people, to house people, to provide healthcare for people.  We believe our society should be organized around uplifting and empowering our communities.
